Publish a questionnaire in four steps

  1. 1

    Open a blank form

Give it a title and an opening line: that is what respondents see first.

  2. 2

    Add your questions

Short or long text, single choice, checkboxes, dropdown, scale, rating, date, email, number, file upload.

  3. 3

    Set the logic

Make a question required, reveal a section only when the previous answer warrants it, validate the expected format.

  4. 4

    Send and read

Copy the public link. Answers stack up live in a table, with a per-question summary and a CSV export.

What the builder does

What people collect here

  • Event sign-ups

Name, email, dietary needs, and the list exports straight to the caterer.

  • Team pulse survey

Three questions, anonymous answers, a summary read out in the meeting.

  • Contact form

A link to put on a site, with no server to run.

  • Course feedback

Opinion scales and a free-text field, tallied automatically.

  • Job applications

Screening questions and a CV upload on one page.

  • Group order

Choices, quantities, contact details: the response table doubles as the order sheet.

The rest of the suite

All five tools share the same drive, the same sharing and the same assistant.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a response limit?

No. The number of responses is not capped and there is no paid tier to raise it.

Do respondents need an account?

No. They open the public link, answer, and that is it. Nothing is asked of them.

Can I get the answers into a spreadsheet?

Yes, the CSV export opens in any spreadsheet, including Dokufu’s own.

Can I collect files?

Yes, one question type accepts uploads; files are attached to the matching response.

Are responses anonymous?

They are, unless you explicitly ask for an identity. No respondent data is collected behind your back.

Can I edit the form after sending it out?

Yes, and answers already received are kept. Questions added later show as empty for earlier responses.
