Free · No account

Five tools. No account to create.

Documents, spreadsheets, presentations, forms and whiteboards. Everything opens in the browser, edits with other people live, and exports to the formats your colleagues expect.

Document

Create a document online, for free

A full word processor that opens in a second in your browser. Write in the same paragraph as your colleagues, drop in tables and images, then walk away with a DOCX that Word opens without complaint.

  • Simultaneous writing — Several people type in the same paragraph without stepping on each other: edits merge character by character.
  • Tables and images — Insert a table, resize its columns, drop an image from your desktop — it uploads and places itself.
  • Complete formatting — Heading styles, alignment, line spacing, multi-level lists, colours, page breaks — the full kit you expect from a word processor.

Spreadsheet

Create a spreadsheet online, for free

A spreadsheet that opens with no installation and shares with a link. Write your formulas, sort, filter, plot a chart, and take away an XLSX that Excel opens directly.

  • A complete formula engine — Relative and absolute references, named ranges, logical, statistical, text and date functions. Recalculation follows dependencies instead of re-evaluating everything.
  • Sorting, filters and views — Filter a column, sort on several criteria, freeze headers so a long sheet stays readable.
  • Conditional formatting — Colour the out-of-range values, the duplicates, the overdue rows: the sheet flags what is wrong before you go looking.

Presentation

Create a presentation online, for free

Build a deck in the browser, with other people if you like, then present it full screen. Nothing to install, and a PDF or PPTX if the room asks you for a file.

  • Layouts — Title, title and content, two columns, full-bleed image, section break — the classic templates, applied in one click.
  • Consistent themes — Switching theme redresses the whole deck at once, instead of revisiting every slide.
  • Images and shapes — Drop an image, draw an arrow or a frame, snap objects to automatic guides.

Form

Create a form online, for free

Ask your questions, send out a link, watch the answers land. Conditional logic, validated fields, automatic summaries and CSV export — with no cap on responses.

  • Ten question types — From a text field to an opinion scale by way of file upload, each with room for help text under the label.
  • Conditional logic — A question can appear only for certain answers, so respondents see only what concerns them.
  • Answer validation — Required fields, email format, numeric bounds, maximum length: mistakes are caught before submission.

Drawing

Draw a diagram online, for free

A hand-drawn whiteboard for explaining an idea before you write it down. Shapes, arrows, text, and several people on one canvas — all of it exportable to PNG or SVG.

  • Freehand rendering — The sketchy look is computed, so it is stable: a diagram reopened months later looks exactly as you left it.
  • Shapes and connectors — Arrows stay bound to the shapes they link, so rearranging a diagram does not break it.
  • Infinite canvas — Zoom, pan, automatic framing on your content. No page edge to work around.

What all five tools share

This is not five applications side by side: it is one, with five ways of writing.

  • Real time

Other people’s cursors show up where they are working, and two simultaneous edits merge without overwriting anyone.

  • One drive

Folders, favourites, trash, search: every file in one place, whichever tool produced it.

  • Sharing by link

A read or write link, or a named invitation. Sharing a folder shares everything inside it.

  • Built-in assistant

The same panel in all five tools. It does not comment on your work: it edits it, and you can undo.

  • Faithful exports

DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, PDF, CSV, PNG, SVG. Colleagues open the file without wondering what made it.

  • No account, really

Everything works before you sign up. The day you create an account, what you already started follows you.

Frequently asked questions

Why is it free?

Dokufu runs on an edge network where one document costs almost nothing to serve. There is no paid tier, no quota, and no resale of what you write.

What happens if I have no account?

Your files are saved on your device and reopen as you left them. An account lets you find them elsewhere and share them; when you sign up, files started without one are carried over.

Can anyone else read my documents?

No. A document is reachable only by you, by the people you invite, and by whoever holds a share link you created.

Can I import my existing files?

Yes: DOCX, XLSX, CSV and Markdown import from the drive and leave again in their original format.

Do I need to install anything?

No, a recent browser is enough, on a computer or a tablet. Nothing to update.
